By creating an account or using INKANU Code, you agree to these Terms.

Eligibility

You must be at least 18 years old to create an account or use INKANU Code.

Your account

You are responsible for keeping your login credentials secure and for all activity under your account. Tell us right away at support@inkanu.store if you suspect unauthorized access.

What INKANU Code is (and isn't)

INKANU Code generates personalized reflections, including Deep Analysis readings, Pattern Chat conversations, and affirmations, using AI based on details you provide. These are offered for entertainment, self-reflection, and personal growth purposes only. They are not medical, psychological, legal, or financial advice, and should not be treated as a substitute for professional guidance. If you are in crisis or need professional support, please contact a qualified professional or local emergency services.

Acceptable use

You agree not to misuse the app or this website, including attempting to disrupt the service, reverse-engineer it, or use it to generate or share unlawful, harmful, or abusive content.

Subscriptions and payment

INKANU Code subscriptions are purchased on this website and billed via PayPal (or, where offered, through the Apple App Store). Pricing and billing terms are shown at checkout. See our Refund Policy for cancellation and refund details. Once your subscription is active, log in with the same email in the INKANU Code app to access it.

Intellectual property

The INKANU Code app and website, their design, and their content (excluding what you personally enter) belong to Inkanu (FZE). Your own journal entries and personal data remain yours.

Termination

You may stop using INKANU Code and delete your account at any time from Profile → Delete Account in the app. We may suspend or terminate accounts that violate these Terms.

Disclaimer and liability

INKANU Code is provided "as is." To the fullest extent permitted by law, Inkanu (FZE) is not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of the app or website.

Governing law

These Terms are governed by the laws of the Emirate of Sharjah, United Arab Emirates.
